We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. All sales are final.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@mybagstyles.com with clear photos and details of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Defective Items
To qualify for a refund due to a defect:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund, and you may place a new order if desired.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable laws. However, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and proof of purchase.
